Instructor: Akbar Sparks, YRCI Relax on Monday evenings with Yi Ren Qigong Certified Instructor Akbar Sparks. Akbar will lead a weekly ONLINE community practice for fun, enjoyment and refreshment for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. If you would like to experience a Yi Ren practice before committing to a Level I class, please feel to join the practice.
