- Community Qigong: Mondays, 9/9, 9/16, 9/23 & 9/30 »
After having awoken the internal organs in Level II, it is possible to connect to the higher frequencies available to the internal organs.
Through organ specific meditations, the organs then naturally synchronize or connect to the higher universal frequencies. These meditations can assist in cleansing and strengthening the body, in supporting our practice and daily lives and in deepening our understanding and experience of Yi Ren® Qigong.
In addition to focusing on Yi Ren® internal organ meditations, this class will also provide a review of all the Level II meridian activation and cultivation exercises.
Instructors: Jan Deardorff & Kevin Smith, DC
Prerequisite: Level II Class or Seminar
Tuition:
Early registration: $120 — Regular registration: $140
Registration is now closed.
